This weekly meditation program has been developed for the entire family, using the science of sound to aid meditation practices, frequencies for brain wave optimal states and mindfulness in a fun an interactive regular practice.

Engaging your kids at a young age into a regular practice is part of the important formation of their core behavioural patterns that will serve them later in life. Can you imagine if you had access to this at their age and what difference it would make to your ability to deal with life?

This regular practice is for kids (up to 12yrs) and their families to engage in. Here is what some of our kids have had to say about their experience.

What happens in a session?

We begin with taking them on an adventure into learning about instruments and sounds from around the world exposing them to many instruments most adults have never hear of.

Following this they get to experience the sensation of vibration and sound. We provide them with an enjoyable and fun way to introduce them to meditation and mindfulness or deepen their practice with sound meditation working at a subconscious level.

This is a weekly 30 minute practice to bring you and them a sense of inner peace and calm, unplug them and also you get to enjoy the experience as the parent which is even more important to the family, for when you nurture yourself you nurture your kids.


This is a family experience, an adult must be present for these sessions or the entire family is welcome at the same price.


PREPARATION: Explain to your kids that we are all going to a place where we can relax, it’s a time where they get to look after themselves, encouraging them to see it as a treat. You can explain that it is like sleeping but without falling completely asleep.

WHAT TO BRING: Please anything you feel will make them comfortable, yoga mats and blankets are provided. Ask your children to please bring something positive that they would like to share with the group. Parents are very welcome!


TIME: 4pm – 4.30pm

DURATION: 30-min duration

LOCATION: 75 Coogee Street, Mount Hawthorn

EXCHANGE: Monthly Family Pass $47 per month (unlimited class pass) or $20 casual class (for entire family)

Please note: There will be no refunds for a missed class or cancellations. You can ‘gift’ your class to a friend if you are unable to attend.
